Instructor Rates vary by the complexity of the instruction and the experience level of the instructor.  Rates per hour of instruction, Minimum 2 hours.  Daily rates are also available.
    Private Pilot $40. to $50.
    Instrument $60.
    SeaPlane $60.
    SeaPlane Amphibious $75.
    Caravan Amphibious $75

    Flight Review $100 minimum
    Instrument Proficiency Check $150 minimum

Rates may change without notice and frequently due, primarily due to the fluctuation of costs like Avgas, Insurance, Maintenance and various others.
